Bretford cart not charging ipads.
It shows them plugged in but not charging. Configurator not running. what else could be the issue?

Is the cart connected to a computer? If there is a computer connected, the iPads will not be able to receive full rate charging from the cart because the USB controller forces them to try and charge off the computer's USB port.
If this is the case, unplugging the USB cord from the computer should allow the cart to begin charging the connected iPads again.
