I can't download on newsstand

• If a subscription app or publication does not appear in Newsstand, verify that the app supports the Newsstand feature.
• Newsstand updates subscriptions only when using a Wi-Fi connection. If you aren't seeing the latest issue:
  1. Verify that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.
  2. Check Settings > Store to verify that automatic download is enabled for that publication.

I subscribed to Cook's Illustrated in January. when I couldn't download any issues (all I could see was the option to buy a single issue), I absent-mindedly concluded i hadn't actually subscribed. I just checked, and I did subscribe, but the purchase is now over 90 days old, so I cannot "report a problem." How can I download the issues I paid for?
