Registering Apple Care from an "Auto-Enroll" Online Store Purchase
Hello Anyone - Its been frustrating trying to get Apple to acknowledge my $183 purchase of Apple Care when I purchased a Macbook Pro New about a week ago - For some reason they don't seem to be able to handle ie - I have called, Uploaded my Invoice, done a Chat, but have been run in circles.
Seems like all the persons I have talked to can do is confirm that it is Not Registered.
Any recommendations or Advice?
