Registering Apple Care from an "Auto-Enroll" Online Store Purchase

Hello Anyone - Its been frustrating trying to get Apple to acknowledge my $183 purchase of Apple Care when I purchased a Macbook Pro New about a week ago - For some reason they don't seem to be able to handle ie - I have called, Uploaded my Invoice, done a Chat, but have been run in circles.

Seems like all the persons I have talked to can do is confirm that it is Not Registered.


Any recommendations or Advice?

What exactly do you mean by, "acknowledge" Jeff?


You should have received an email confirmation for the purchase.


Try entering the serial number for your new Mac here > Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage


If you aren't sure where to find it > How to find the serial number of your Apple hardware product
