I've seen all of the tutorials on the topic for Logic pro 9 but there are none for 10, so how would I go about this without using audacity?

Make sure you have enabled the Advanced Audio features (Logic pro X preferences:Advanced Tab)...
Then... select the area of the audio you want to reverse in the Audio File Editor...and Choose Functions > Reverse from the Audio File Editor menu bar (default key command: Shift-Control-R).
