Q: I do not have DSL modem, I use MiFi 4G LTE wireless modem for internet conection

so, I can not conect my time capsule to modem by cable

I do see timecapsule on airport of my iMac and can conect iMac with timecapsule but light on timecapsule still flashing amber

do not know what bis wrong with it

time capsule, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), for internet use MiFi 4G LTE Weriz

The light on the Time Capsule is flashing because it does not have an Internet connection.

The Tme Capsule will not have an Internet connection until you can connect a broadband Ethernet signal to the WAN port on the Time Capsule.

I see,
Do I need to keep connected the Time Capsule to Internet by WAN port al time or it necessary just for set it up

It is necessary to be connected to the Internet to obtain firmware updates for the Time Capsule. So, if you do not want to have the Time Capsule connected to the Internet at all times, it would be a good idea to check about once a month for any udpates that might be available.
