My apple tv 3rd generation continues to display the home sharing window with the icons for computers and settings beneath it and it will not allow me to enter iTunes. I am unable to do anything and I have restarted the apple tv 3 times without success.
need help with my 3rd generation apple tv which will not allow me to enter itunes. I had rented a movie which was playing back fine, then I pressed the
menu button on the remote and lost the picture and since then I have been unable to enter itunes. I have restarted the apple tv 3 times to no avail.
I keep getting a split screen showing the apple tv logo on top and the two icons for computers and settings beneath.
Any suggestions I am stuck?
