iTunes slow download speed

Recently, I have been having very slow download speeds for tv shows, music, and an update to iTunes itself. My speed test says that I have a 20 mbps download speed, and I generally don't have trouble downloading... I was wondering if it was an issue with Apple, or my network, but most other things on my network seem to work flawlessly. The itunes download is at 6.1kb a second, and is a 190 kb file.
