I gave you the steps on your last thread.

After you have set up your MacBook Air, buy a full or System Builder Windows 8 version at Amazon or NewEgg. If you use an upgrade version, you won't be able to activate it. Make sure you buy a 64-bit Windows version as required by your MacBook.

OS X comes with Boot Camp Assistant (in /Applications/Utilities), which simplify the process of installing Windows, helping you download the Windows support software and create the partition for Windows. Also, if you downloaded Windows in a ISO image, it will help you creating a bootable USB drive with the installer.

After using Boot Camp Assistant, the installation starts. Follow the Apple's steps to install Windows through Boot Camp > http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/boot_camp_install-setup_10.8.pdf
