First, see if your MacBook supports Windows 7 > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5634?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US If you can use a 64-bit version, buy it, so you will get better performance. Make sure you buy a full or System Builder version.
Boot Camp Assistant (in /Applications/Utilities) will help you download the Windows support software and create the partition for Windows, so open it and follow its steps.
