Q: Security questions

I forgot the answers of the security questions and I'm not able to acces Paswords & Security without them. What can I do?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

I saw that but i can't acces Password & Security and I have no option like "Send reset security info email to ..." when i try to acces this option...My account was made a looong time ago and I rememeber only an answer and I don't know if I have a rescue email configured...

Call Apple Care for your country and ask for the Account Secirity Team, the request help resetting the questions.
