iTunes 11.0.5.5 not accessing network on Windows 7/32bit (HOW TO FIX?)

Since installing iTunes 11.0.5.5 this morning on my Windows 7 Home Premium (Service Pack 1) system, it cannot get on the network even though my browser and other programs do connect to the network. When I try to go into the iTunes Store, it says "An Unknown error occured (-3212)". When I try to Refresh my podcasts, it puts the symbol of an explanation point inside a circle to the left of each podcast name to show it could not download the feed file.
