Purchased an App that is not as expected....

I purchased an app that is not functioning the way I thought it would....can I return it for the apps I need?

Apple considers all sales final. Apple has been known to offer a one-time refund. You need to decide if this app is the one you wish to use for your once-per-account refund or wait for one more expensive.


The app's purchase receipt comes by email in 24 to 48 hours. Use the Report a problem link to start a conversation if you decide to request a refund.
