Ipad can't find my Dell printer model B1160w. Any advise?

As far as I can see that model doesn't support AirPrint - it's not listed on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356
You could see if Dell have their own app in the app store that supports it, or there are third-party printer apps such as PrintCentral Pro and Print n Share which might work with it
Thanks. It does indicate that B1160W works with Airprint if I download the new firmware. I will try later.

Anyone have any luck getting airprint to work with this printer? I downloaded the most recent firmware available on Dell's website (May 2013), but still can't get my iphone to recognize an Airprint printer.
No luck here! A guy answering questions about the printer on Amazon claims it will print from his iPhone 5 but that is the only person I have ever heard. That is supposedly with no third party app.
No go here.... I bought the Dell B1160W last night and it is not working. I see bounjour setup in the printer, and OSx can print via bounjour. I also can see the printer using a bounjour browser.
I used HandyPrint which works to my iPhone 5. I noticed that that OSX does not have native drivers for this printer, I had to download from Apple... Wonder if that has anything to do with it.
I gave up on the 1160. I purchased the next step up, 1163w, which supports AirPrint among others. It was $74.99 for BF from Office Depot.
