I went on vacation to Curacao (dutch caribean). When I arrived in Holland (my homecountry) my phone had ochanged all my contacts. For example, if the phonenumber of a contact was 06-12345678, it is changed into 0612-345678. So if I get an incoming call from a contact, my phone doesn't recognize the contact anymore. How do I solve this?

First I would suggest checking the Region Format in the International settings on your iPhone.

Are your contacts correctly formatted at icloud.com and on your computer?
If so, you may need to resync them.
