FaceTime not working

When I start a call with FaceTime to my family in another country it's says its calling and connecting but it never starts the call and the same happens to them but its only with 2 family members the rest I can talk to perfectly. Can someone help me I need to talk to my dad and I can't....

If you are using FaceTime on a public Wi-Fi connection, you might refer to this bullet:
