Passbook not showing in lock screen

The Delta Airlines app lets you put your eBoarding passes in Passbook. I have the "Show In Lock Screen" setting turned on in BOTH the app and in the Notifications Settings for Passbook. But I still don't see it when I go to the lock screen. Anyone else having this bug? Any solutions?

Having the boarding pass show in lock screen is tremendously helpful when trying to quickly get through security.

Hi LJHerring, you may like my new iOS app for iPhone/iPad (in general, I realize you posted this a few years back) that takes advantage of the new lock screen widget feature in iOS 10! It's great for boarding passes as well as any type of reminder and for checklists that you want to work from your locked device. It is called LockScreenIt: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lockscreenit/id1164384070?mt=8

Hello LJHerring

Check out the article below for troubleshooting Passbook, I have also included the excerpt of the troubleshooting steps.

iOS: Using Passbook

If the pass isn't appearing on your Lock screen as expected, try these steps:

  • ▪ Tap the info icon on the pass and confirm that "Show on Lock Screen" is on.
  • ▪ Tap Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Make sure that Location Services and Passbook are both on. Note: Location services work best when Wi-Fi is enabled. Learn more about location services.

If the pass is appearing too frequently on the Lock screen, you can turn off that feature for a specific pass. This can be useful when you work or live near a location that uses a pass in your Passbook.
