I have over 300 pictures in my project library, and they all seem to be set to "Ken Burns" and I need to change them to "fit". I know I can do this one at a time, but there must be some way to change them all at the same time, but I have not been able to figure out how.

Thanks for the question. You may want to select all of the clips first:

Select all clips by first selecting a single clip and then choosing Edit > Select All.
Then apply the Fit:

To include the entire image in the frame regardless of its aspect ratio, click Fit.

First, change 1 picture from Ken Burns to FIT.
Then select that picture and EDIT/COPY (or right-click/Copy)
Next, EDIT?SELECT ALL
Finally, EDIT/PASTE ADJUSTMENTS/CROP ADJUSTMENTS.
