All iTunes gift cards are country-specific - an Italian card can only be redeemed in Italy onto an Italian iTunes account. You can try to exchage it at an Apple store for a German card, but I think that it's doubtful that they will. Do you know anybody in Italy that you could sell or give the card to ?
