Defult Player

I tunes is my default player, but since the latest up date a couple of days ago to 11.0.5.5 every time I start Itunes it asks if I want Itunes to be the default player.

I use a PC running windows 7. I have tried double clicking a MP3 file to see if another program starts. But nothing happens until I accept Itunes as default player. Then Itunes start to play the file.

Anyone got any suggestions please?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.0.1

Have you tried making iTunes the default application in Default Programs settings, the steps are in the article below.

Yes I've done that.

Just to make it even stranger I've right clicked on a MP3 file and checked the properties and that says the default player is Itunes. Odd or what?
