How can I get rid of CGXDisableUpdate delays ?

My computer hangs (freezes, does not respond to inputs) occationally when using Aperture (Apterture shows the "loading" label meanwhile), it hangs for one to several seconds and then everyting is ok again.

I have found the follwing in the console:

2013-08-18 14:00:37,649 WindowServer[233]: CGXDisableUpdate: UI updates were forcibly disabled by application "Aperture" for over 1.00 seconds. Server has re-enabled them.

2013-08-18 14:00:37,669 WindowServer[233]: reenable_update_for_connection: UI updates were finally reenabled by application "Aperture" after 2.49 seconds (server forcibly re-enabled them after 2.47 seconds)

2013-08-18 14:00:39,891 WindowServer[233]: CGXDisableUpdate: UI updates were forcibly disabled by application "Aperture" for over 1.00 seconds. Server has re-enabled them.

2013-08-18 14:00:39,919 WindowServer[233]: reenable_update_for_connection: UI updates were finally reenabled by application "Aperture" after 1.08 seconds (server forcibly re-enabled them after 1.05 seconds)

The lines above are repeded many times, with different time values. Those lines corresponds to the moment I experience that Aperture hangs.

I have searched the ASC for this problem but have not found any solution. Does anyone have any idea? Thank you in advance.
