i want to download battle cats app but it says its only available in the japanese app store but it wont let me get it on that app store, what do i do? it says im only aloud to buy from the one in the us

To buy app from a different country iTunes, you need a shipping address and a credit card issued for that country.

Go talk/write to the app developer since they are the one who made this decision where it could be sold.

Travel to Japan and supply a payment method valid there. There's no other way; if you want, you can ask that it be made available in the USA, but that's not guaranteed to happen.

That is correct if you're in the U.S, using a credit card in the U.S. then you can only use the U.S. store.
