Q: how to change my apple ID on iphone 5

Hi, can someone advise how do i change my apple id on my iphone 5.

I cannot do any updates on the app store, as it keeps prompt my old id which i am not using.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

I saw the post about changing the apple id on my iphone.
Everything makes sense except that... I do not use the old email address anymore and have forgotten its password so I am unable to delete the old account on icloud.
