Q: my iphone 4 screen is zoomed in and I can no longer user my phone, my iphone 4 screen is zoomed in and I can no longer user my phone

My Iphone 4's screen is zoomed in by default.   the screen scrolls when I touch the borders.   I am unable to reset the same to normal view.   Can you pleaese help
