Why can't I download the LP of an album I bought off of my iPhone?

So I purchased Norma Jean's new album "Wrongdoers" on my iPhone the other day, and I realized later that it came with an LP so I checked to see if it had downloaded on my computer, and it hadn't. I couldn't download it from the iTunes store, nor could I download it after deleting and redownloading the album. I tried the "Check for available downloads" option as well and that didn't work (and it hasn't seemed to work recently on anything). Is there some other trick that I didn't do or missed?

I already tried this, but the problem is the iTunes LP content never downloaded so it doesn't appear as part of iCloud or at all. In the iTunes Store it says that it is purchased, however.

When you got to your purchase history, what do you see? A screen shot will be helpful.

I also got these screen shots of what it shows in the iTunes store as well as my library.

The iTunes LP is at the bottom of the list in the first screen shot. Click the "download" button to the far right.

Oh sorry that was a screen shot from the purchased history under my recent purchases on my account. This is what shows up under the purchased part of the iTunes store.
