Can I know my packed data usage staistics after every usage of cellular network in my iPad mini ?

Hello Arpan,
You can monitor your cellular data usage in the settings on your iPad. You can access that information using these steps:
Monitor your cellular data network usage: Go to Settings > General > Usage > Cellular Usage.
