I have restored my ipod shuffle (3rd Gen). But it didn't completed. Now, itune is not detecting my ipod. how to fix it?

I have restored my ipod shuffle 3rd generation. Now, itune is not detecting it. Also, the light is blinking in Red color.

The restore didn't asked for any ipod name change, it seems restore didn't went well.

How I can fix the issue?

From where I can copy the latest version if Itune is not detecting by ipod.

Please help.
