Q: HELP

I've been trying to by in app purchases but I get a message saying "your purchase could not be completed" but I just bought the app with the same card not even 20 minutes ago and that worked fine just in app purchases are not working has anyone got the solution!!! ASAP please

Be sure that In-App Purchases is turned on: Settings/General/Restrictions. This also keeps kids from running up build on In-App purchases (Candy Crush Saga comes to mind.
