Q: My Bluetooth will not turn on with my IPHONE 4 S

I cannot turn on the Bluetooth under the settings option, it just keeps "thinking"

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4

    Double tap the round button and close all the apps.  Then wait a couple of minutes.  Next hold the power button and round button down until the screen goes black and the white apple symbol appears.  Let go of both buttons.  The phone will reboot then try again to restart bluetooth.
