get my ipod otta recovery mode!

I went on a website called 25pp.com for free apps and clicked a button that caused to erase all its memory but when i tried the reboot method 8 times never worked and when i tried to use itunes it never worked and just said: error cannot contact ipod software updator please make sure the network works and ipod has data so i ussume my ipods data is all wiped out. oh it says my ipod is running ios 6.1 but actaully its ios 6.1.3
