I purchased some music over the years. Now I did upgrade to iTunes 11 and moved to a new Mac, and I cannot redownload it (no Music section in iTunes Purchased), even though I did puchase it.
Is there a way I can either redownload my music from the store I did buy it (Romania)?

No. Currently, iTunes store in Romania does not support redownloading of music.

Romania has never had redownloading of music.

If you have purchased them and they did not download, iTunes menu Store > Check for available downloads.
If they are still not downloading, contact iTunes support here -> http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
