Certain purchased songs won't play on my iPod touch.

I am having difficulty playing certain songs that I have purchased from iTunes on my iPod. They seem to work fine whilst playing them through iTunes on my computer but then don't play when I try them on my iPod.

I have gone through all other solutions I can find and have even tried restoring my iPod but my computer won't let me as its saying I have a network error which I have tried and failed to resolve.

Is there another solution?
