Sharing iTunes library and other files with multiple users

How can I share my iTunes library with another user on the same computer? In other words, I just set up a new user on my computer for a colleague and I'd like him to have access to my iTunes library and a few other files that are on my computer within my profile.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Hello,

I think this same method would work with iTunes Sharing enabled in your account...

iPhoto>Preferences>Sharing, user doing sharing must remain logged in using Fast User Switching, but it looks like iPhoto doesn't need to be running on that account.

Where are these other files? Just in your Document folder?
