I cant be re-download songs through iTunes Store/purchased = No "Music" folder, only Movies Books and Apps appears. Why?

The function for free re-downloading of songs you've already bought but for some occasion have deleted

doesnt seem to work for me, does anyone know why?

In this link above, under
"Apps, Books, Music, Movies, or TV-shows on a computer"

"Using iTunes 10.7 or earlier"

step "6."

My iTunes doesnt appear the way its displayed in step "6."

It should be displaying "Music" "Movies" "TV-shows" "Apps" "Books"

but only shows "Movies" "Books" "Apps"

WHY?

This means I cant redownload songs I've already bought without buying them again.

(I use 11.0.5 on OSX 10.6.8 but still iTunes looks for me like it does under the "Using iTunes 10.7 or earlier" -tab,

now that too is weird..)

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)

What country are you in ? Music can't currently be re-downloaded in all countries - the record companies need to agree to it for each country.

What content types can be re-downloaded where : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085

If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music and you haven't got them on your backup of your library, then if they are still in the store then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download of them : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
