I tap on the mail icon, a white window is flashing but the app does not start. All other apps or function is working fine.
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1
Close out of the mail app, double tap the home button and completely close out of it.
Then do a reset, no data loss. Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
Then check your mail.

I did these steps yesterday several times but nothing has been changed. Any other ideas?
Then delete the account and then readd it.
