Try this steps
iOS: Unable to update or restore
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
-try a different pc/mac if possible
If you still have the Restore loop, your device might need service

Aug 20, 2013 10:45 AM in response to CharliDentonby lostlima,You might have some app that is making your iphone run out of memory (apps like, Whats App, Facebook) they normaly cause the iphone runs out of memory and then restart.
You can always try:
Close apps in the background
iOS: Understanding multitasking - Support - Apple
support.apple.com/kb/HT421
Update all apps
- Backup all information to icloud and then
iOS: How to back up and restore your content - Support - Apple
support.apple.com/kb/HT1766Erase all content and settings
and download one app at the time to see wich one its creating the reboot
If the problem persist i would contact apple for them to run diagnostics.
You can always ask them to call you
http://www.apple.com/support/contact/
Can be a hardware fault.
