Q: my wifi is greyed out on i cannot turn it on. I rebooted and restored my phone but no luck. What can i do next?

how can I fix my wifi its greyed out and I can not turn it on. I have restored my iphone3gs tried to fix it several times.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.3
