I used to be able to ask Siri to remind me to do something then she would ask when I wanted to be reminded. The poblem is now she just creates a reminder with no time and does not ask me when I want to reminded. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Try turning Siri off then on or restarting your iPad by pressing the power and home buttons at the same time and then turning it on.
Actually I'm pretty sure when you ask for a reminder you are supposed to say when you want Siri to remind you.
I was always able to just ask Siri to create a reminder before without giving a time, and Siri would ask me when I would like to be reminded. This was possible a month ago. It just recently stopped working.

Try saying when you want the reminder. It might take longer, but it still works.
I was searching for the same thing. yes, if i say "remind me at...." it works. But I never used to need to do that. I am also finding that when I manually create reminders it use to set a due date/time be default and this does not happen any longer. iPhone 4s and iPad 2, bot up to date on software and reset (and iPad does not have Siri). thinking Apple changed something in iCloud

Are you saying you DID get a default reminder set when you created?
Reminders simply sets a reminder with no date/time.
An appt (in Calendar), Siri will ask when you want the appt.
Siri is no longer aksing when I want the appointmenrt/reminder made. It just asks if I want it created and it is created with no time/date
I am really missing this feature as well. We turned siri off/ restarted... siri on/ restarted... no luck.
Same here, it started about a month ago also. This is about the only thing I ask of Siri, please fix this.
How do we know if Apple knows about this issue? Do they monitor support communities?

Although one has the *option* of stating the location in the initial request, it's not required.
Like others, here, have stated, I used to say, for example, "Remind me to call Steve," and Siri would always reply, "OK. When would you like me to remind you?" I'd say "At 3:30" or "When I get home" or something similar. But of late (as reported), she has stopped asking "When...?"
Now that I'm reading the accounts of others with the same issue, I'm suspecting a problem or a change at the system level. (As I'm sure most of you know, our queries to Siri are sent over the network to servers, where our speech is rapidly processed, then instructions are sent back to our phones, where a response is "spoken" to us.)
I can't imagine Apple would intentionally remove this feature, as it's been widely reported that they're hiring entire teams to make Siri do even more and to make her even more "human-like." So, hopefully this is just a glitch. But we need to make sure Apple knows about it.

P.S. I rarely use Siri on my iPad, but it just occurred to me to do so, and I got the same results as I've been getting on my iPhone.
This further suggests a possible server issue, as it's unlikely that some sort of "corruption" would have occurred in the operating software on both devices at the same time.
Just a theory, but that's my hypothesis at the moment.
Same problem here - when Siri says, "Here's your reminder - shall I create it?", try responding with "Change the time". That prompts Siri to ask for a time to remind you. Hope that works. It does for me. Still like to have it fixed though! :-)
