Siri not Communicating with Voice Mail on iphone with Verizon....Thoughts?

For the last three days my iphone5 on Verizon will not communicate with my Voice Mail. Voicemail is working fine through screen access, but will not work when I say to Siri "Call Voice Mail. She comes back and says "I cna't help you with voice mail...Sorry about that." Thoughts? Is this a Siri bug problem, my on phone problem, or a Verizon issue?
