Clicked on the wrong button today...now my iphone has reverted back to my old iphone data?

Message popped up today while I was in iTunes...asked me to update and I mistakenly clicked the button that reverted my new iPhone back to my old one? How do I fix this?

It seems that you have restored your phone from an old backup. If you have a backup of your current phone then restore from that
