my phone is locked and i didn't set any passcode in guided access. how can i recover it

Q: i didn't set passcod in guided access and my phone is disabbled
If Guided Access is active, resetting will exit Guided Access mode.
To reset:Hold both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.
