I am loosing my contacts one by one

I am loosing my contacts from my agenda and I don't know why. My phone is deleting them. I have 2 Iphones, one IPhone 4 and one IPhone 4s, with the same apple ID ( that's why both phones share the same contacts). Can anybody help me?
