D-U-N-S Number Lookup for Company Enrollment

After completely the 'D-U-N-S Number Lookup for Company Enrollment' form here:

https://developer.apple.com/ios/enroll/dunsLookupForm.action

I get this error message:

"We are unable to process your request.

Please go back to the previous page, or quit your browser and try your request again."

Is this problem going to be fixed? Is there any other way to get a DUNS number without having to go through D&B?

Any help/ feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing here, happens over and over. Have tried several browsers on several computers over both mac/pc-platform. I cant get past this error screen.

Solved. I've sent all the information from the form to email (appdeveloper@dnb.com) and just got the replay email:

Your D-U-N-S Number request/update submitted on 8/23/2013 with ID Number ... has been completed. You may start using your number in 14 days.

Did you (Mr.One) or ArchangleSky format the email in any specific way? My assumption would be that it would be processed by an automated service, but this may not be correct.

The form appears to be working again. Last Thursday I was able to complete it and have received my DUNS number. Also, it only took me a day for Apple to recognize it, so that's super.

Yes, it seems to be working now. However, I found that the address associated with my company's D-U-N-S number is wrong and have since applied to update it. Does anyone know if it's ok to continue with the application? or should I wait for DnB to update my address first?
