This message has not been downloaded from the server

Hi,

"This message has not been downloaded from the server" or "This message has no content"

These messages appear always when I ty to download my emails with my iphone form the exchange account. The error only occurs when using cellular data, within a wifi network everything works fine.

I have already tried to do a hard reset and to completely close the mail app which didn't change anything. Yesterday I also installed the ios 7 beta, but no change again.
