How to convert a .imoviemobile file to.mov just with IPad??

Hello everyone, I created a video using imovie for IPad: unfortunately I think it's too big, so I can't export it to roll photos. I exported by itunes but it's in. imoviemobile: do you know how I can convert it to a .mov file? I have a pc, not a mac (...)

Once this is done, you can re-import it on ipad?
