If iTunes is missing a files try and download and install iTunes again. If that does not work, then remove all iTunes and follow the steps in the article below.

The .msi file is the installer.
If you lost it and have to (re)install iTunes, download iTunes again.
The .msi file is the installer.
When you lost it, download it again.
Then double click the .msi file and it will install iTunes again.
