Q: friend redeemed itunes gift song but can't find it

Hi.  I sent a friend a song I bought as a gift in the iTunes Store.  She got an email  about it, when she clicks on the Redeem button it tells her that she already redeemed it, but then she can't find anything. What should she do next to find/play the song I purchased and sent to her as a gift?  We are both running the latest iTunes version (11.05), even though I'm using Mountain Lion and she's still using Snow Leopard.  Thanks.
