iphone 5 how do i enter apn settings

I found a useful article with information about updating your APN settings on an iPhone:

You can view the APN settings on your iOS device in the following location if it's permitted by your carrier:

iPhone: Settings > General > Cellular > Cellular Data Network

Tap each field and enter the APN settings provided by your carrier. The settings are saved automatically.

got iphone 5s IOS 8 and cannot see APN setting has it been changed??? thanks

There is no Data Netwok Setting anymore. What we can do? Sell the iphone and buy an Android?
