my iphone4 is stolen. it's batterry is down and switched off. it has icloud and WIFI on and we were tracing the moblie till it was on. now we cant . I ahve now locked my mobile through icloud. Can i still locate my mobile once it is swiched on??? i have miy EMIE number also?
please help. how to proceed?

IMEI number won't help you with anything. Report your phone stolen to the local authorites and let your carrier know too.

Like I said you contact your phone carrier, they are the one who blacklisted your IMEI.
YOu can ask them about it.
if i opt for eraseing my phone then if the person who stole removes my card and inserts new sim card . IN THAT CASE WILL I BE ABLE TO locate my phone through ICLOUD????
No. This is what is going to happen, the thieve will remove your sim and then RESTORE your phone as new.
This will wipe out all your info/data, and NO you will not be able to track it. Sorry.
