How to escalate an issue?

Hello,

It's quite common on this forum to see a number of very similar threads dealing with the same subject. Most times it's a real issue that Apple has ignored for a very long time.

Does anyone know of a way to escalate OS X issues to someone that cares, and can get something done about it? There are just SO MANY little issues that Apple never addresses. I somtimes seems quite futile posting here.

Surely there is a better way to get Apple's attention?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

You can use your Apple ID to register with this site and go the Apple BugReporter. Supposedly you will get an answer if you submit feedback.

That's not the purpose of these forums -- they're for users to help other users, but are rarely, if ever, monitored for technical problems.

Apple does provide 4 ways to report problems. Which is most appropriate depends on the type of problem and your circumstances.

And what about if I have problem with my Apple ID that Apple are not able/do not wan't to reset?

Have you contacted Apple ID support? If they can't help, there is nothing the users in this community can do.
