Help. We have a teacher who has her AP Physics course on iTunes U private in our domain. She gave out the course link/code and all but one student is able to see the course in her iTunes U app. The teacher has her listed in the class roster though.
Any ideas?
Have the student bring her iDevice to the teacher and have the teacher try out the link personally.

I ended up figuring out that the student was not signed in to her apple accounts in the settings app. She was signed in under several different accounts for "music", "imessage", "facetime", "icloud", "app store app."
Once we had her signed into all Apple apps under the same account, I added the enrollment code in the itunes u app and it was fixed.
